Are you an experienced Knowledge Lawyer looking to take the next step in your career?

Our client, a well-established and growing law firm in Guildford, is looking for talented individuals to join their highly respected Tax & Trusts team. If you have excellent private client experience in quality practice and are looking to join a dynamic, growing team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and expand precedents and guidance notes, ensuring they are up-to-date.
  • Provide specialist legal support and practical advice on complex legal matters.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programmes for the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with key legal developments and communicate them to the team.
  • Support business development efforts and contribute to strategy discussions.
  • Draft client-focused articles, thought leadership pieces, and briefing notes.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong background in UK (and preferably international) tax, trusts, estate planning, and estate administration.
  • Highly personable with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programmes (desirable).
  • Proactive, with the ability to manage your workload and meet deadlines.
