I am working with a client in the North West of England who are looking for an experienced Property solicitor to join their expansive team.

The successful candidate will have experience in at least one if not all of the below:

· regeneration development law

· CPO

· Property law

· planning law

· landlord and tenant agreements

The council use the IKEN case management system so experience in this would be beneficial.

This is a full-time role of 37 hours per week, it would be hybrid with attendance required on a Tuesday and Wednesday ideally, however the client is willing to be flexible on this within reason.

Rate: DOE beginning at £50 per hour inside IR35.
