Founded in 2011, the South London Legal Partnership (SLLP) is the in-house legal service for the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and the London Boroughs of Merton, Richmond upon Thames, Sutton and Wandsworth.

We are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer who can deal with lease and licence work across our 5 borough shared services with the exception of routine residential matters ( not right to buy, lease extensions, residential management).

You should be able to demonstrate good experience of managing a varied workload relating to commercial property asset management e.g. sales, purchases, leases, licence etc, good understanding of land title matters and relevant legislation relating to property transactions.
