Your Role:We are looking for an experienced leader to manage and inspire our Commercial Team, providing top-tier legal advice to a diverse range of public sector bodies. In this dynamic role, you will:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of legal professionals, ensuring excellent client care and value for money.
- Provide practical, innovative legal advice on complex and politically sensitive matters related to contracts and procurement law.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, contributing to Pathfinder’s strategic growth.
- Play a key role in the leadership of Pathfinder Legal Services, contributing to the ongoing development and success of the organization.
- Drive new business development, including identifying new clients and promoting the team’s expertise to a wider audience.
