Enfield Legal Services are recruiting.
We are looking to recruit an experienced litigator at Assistant Principal Lawyer level to help lead and manage our Housing & Litigation team, with a focus on and other housing litigation.
We are looking for a flexible, motivated and ambitious lawyer with good experience of housing and disrepair but you will have the opportunity to work on other types of litigation too so experience in areas such as employment, landlord & tenant or JR would be also be beneficial.
You will have experience of carrying a heavy caseload and some experience of managing or supervising others, who also carry heavy caseloads, so you need to be well organised. The successful candidate will be accustomed to working at pace in a busy team, working on varied and complex issues. You will be a team player who can demonstrate self-motivation and flexibility. The ability to work to tight timescales/deadlines is essential for this role.

Prior local authority experience is desirable but not essential.

Our working patterns are hybrid and lawyers are required to attend the office to work between 2 and 3 days per week depending on the role.
