Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice throughout all stages of procurement and commercial projects.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts including T&Cs, NDAs and grant agreements
• Support key council initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Work closely with stakeholders, delivering strategic solutions that safeguard the council’s objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) ready to build a career in public sector law.
• A solid understanding of commercial and contract law, with an eagerness to learn and grow.
• A commitment to the council’s values and the drive to deliver meaningful results.
