£45,548 - £54,978 per annum

Do you have a proven track record of working in a busy and dynamic environment, providing legal advice and conducting case work in relation to mental capacity and Adult Social Care law? Do you want to work in a friendly and supportive environment? If so, apply now for this ASC Solicitor post.

You will be part of an excellent legal team, providing legal advice and conducting case work, predominantly in relation to Court of Protection and mental capacity and Adult Social Care more generally.

We are looking for an experienced solicitor or barrister who has:

  • Good knowledge and experience of ASC/mental capacity law and practice;
  • Ability to provide prompt and accurate legal advice
  • Clarity in both written and oral communications
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of personnel /organisations
  • Ability to work within a team and, when necessary, independently
