About the Role
We currently have an exciting vacancy within our Childcare legal team. The role involves providing comprehensive, cost effective and quality legal service in child protection matters.
To take conduct of public law Children Act proceedings from initiation to conclusion including care applications, discharge of care order applications, placement order and adoption proceedings, deprivations of liberty and undertaking advocacy within all levels of the Single Family Court.

You will be a qualified solicitor and must have relevant previous experience to include:
having provided comprehensive legal service in child protection matters; previous conduct of a variety of public law Children Act proceedings; undertaken advocacy within all level of the Single Family Court.
