£46,731 - £49,764 per annum

We are seeking a Property lawyer to join our friendly, supportive and dynamic Legal team supporting Stratford on Avon and Warwick District Councils.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable and self-motivated lawyer for this role, with experience in commercial property work.

You will work in a supportive environment having your own varied caseload of complex legal work advising senior officers and councillors on high profile cases across both local authorities.

It is an exciting time to join an expanding, progressive Legal Team that is friendly and supportive with a strong team ethic. We support two ambitious local authorities involved in a range of exciting projects. You will be directly involved in varied and high-quality legal work and make a positive difference to our communities.

Local government experience and management experience is desirable but not essential provided you have an interest and commitment to local government work and to managing and developing teams. We will accept applications from qualified solicitors, barristers and fellows of the Institute of Legal Executives.

We are based in the centre of historic and vibrant Stratford upon Avon and we offer flexible, agile working arrangements including home working.
