£43,421 - £48,474 per annum

The purpose of this job is to provide legal advice and undertake conduct of a caseload in relation to the full range of child protection work.
  1. Provide legal advice and have conduct of a caseload of the full range of public law Children and Adoption Act cases.
  2. To prepare and represent the Council in all Child Protection cases before the Courts.
  3. Such other duties and responsibilities of a similar grade and nature as may be required including other areas of work within the Child Protection Team.
