Contract: Fixed term for up to 12 months

About this opportunity

As a Lawyer in the Adult’s legal team, you will handle your own caseload of adult social care work which will include the preparation and presentation of cases before the Court of Protection (may include advocacy or instruction of counsel) as well as the provision of legal advice and assistance across all levels of the local authority.

You will receive the support of experienced Legal Officers and Lead Lawyer whilst benefitting from overall supervision from the experienced Senior Lawyer for the team.

We are looking for qualified and admitted solicitors, barristers, or legal executives, ideally with experience and knowledge of adult social care and mental health law.
