£48,663 - £54,406 (Grade H) + Cash Alternative car allowance of £3900 per annum

This role focuses on providing legal advice, negotiating and drafting documents relating to property and planning, in addition to criminal and civil litigation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role helping us deliver our goals; making a difference to our community.

In order to be successful you will need to be an experienced lawyer with an excellent working knowledge of property and planning law and associated contracts. You’ll also have a sharp eye for accuracy and the ability to manage a mixed caseload, priorities and deadlines effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships within the team and the wider organisation are essential.
