CHILDCARE LAWYER | NORTH EAST | LOCAL AUTHORITY | LOCUM | OUTSIDE IR35

Vivid Resourcing is working with a Local Authority in the North East seeking an experienced Childcare Lawyer to provide additional support to its legal team.

The authority is offering an ongoing locum opportunity, with outside IR35 engagement and part-time options available.

The Role

Two options are available depending on your experience and preferred working arrangements:

Duty Lawyer

• No caseload responsibility

• Advocacy and court hearings

• General cover work

• Approximately 3 days in court per week

Caseholding Lawyer

• Caseload of approximately 10 to 12 cases, with a maximum of 15

• Approximately 2 days in court per week

• Full case management responsibility

• Ongoing contract with strong extension potential

• Qualified advocacy rights essential
