Civil Litigation Locum
We are currently supporting one of our well-regarded local authority clients in the recruitment of a Civil Litigation Locum.
This is a part-time role working 3 days / 22 hours per week on a fully remote basis.
The successful applicant will manage a varied caseload including:
- Housing disrepair
- Anti-social behaviour
- Debt recovery
- Access injunctions
- Judicial review
The role sits within a small inhouse legal team.
We are seeking a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Cilex-qualified lawyer with relevant litigation rights; with previous experience within the named areas, preferably gained within a local authority setting.
