Sellick Partnership is looking for an experienced Principal Adult Social Care Lawyer to join a friendly local authority team on a hybrid working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected and competent team.
Key Responsibilities of an Adult Social Care Lawyer include:
- Managing a caseload of a range of ASC matters and 5 direct reports
- To advise on sensitive ASC matters
- Deprivation of Liberty (DOLs)
- Court of Protection (COP)
Desirable Skills and Requirements of an Adult Social Care Lawyer:
- Previous experience working in Adult Social Care
- Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
