Position: Locum Litigation Solicitor
Organisation: Police Constabulary (Midlands)
Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension thereafter
Working Pattern: Full time
Working Arrangement: Remote working
Hourly Rate: Up to £60 per hour Umbrella

The ideal candidate will be a strong litigator with defendant PL experience, ideally police or other enforcement or government agency

Duties may include:

• Manage and investigate public liability claims: Responsible for gathering evidence, conducting research, interviewing witnesses, and preparing comprehensive evidential files
