Position: Locum Planning Enforcement Solicitor
Organisation: Local Authority in the East of England
Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension thereafter
Working Pattern: Full or Part Time hours can be considered
Working Arrangement: Predominantly Remote, with occasional Court attendance when required
Hourly Rate: Up to £65 per hour Umbrella

The ideal candidate will have at experience in handling Planning Enforcement matters in Local Authority.

Duties may include:

• Handling a variety of enforcement matters, including enforcement notice breaches, breach of condition notices/planning enforcement notices, planning injunctions and potentially community infrastructure levy recovery
