Interim Head of Legal – Local Authority | Yorkshire

I’m currently working with a local authority in Yorkshire seeking an experienced Interim Head of Legal to provide senior leadership and oversight of the legal service.

• Interim contract
• 3–4 days per week
• 1–2 days per week in the office
• ASAP start
• Yorkshire-based local authority
• Strong local government legal experience essential

The role would suit a senior local government lawyer who has previously operated at Head of Legal, Deputy Monitoring Officer, Principal Lawyer or equivalent level, and is comfortable providing strategic leadership while supporting the wider legal team.
