Litigation Lawyer – South East - 6 Months

Vivid are working with a local authority in the southeast who are looking to bring a Litigation Lawyer into their team on an interim basis.

You will be given the opportunity to work majority remotely, on an initial 6 month contract with a strong likelihood of extension.

Key responsibilities of the Litigation Lawyer

• Managing a mixed caseload of civil and prosecution matters including:
  • Housing Litigation
  • Disrepair claims 
  • ASB
  • Littering prosecutions
  • Trading standards
  • Various other prosecutions and civil matters
• Conduct advocacy in court as required.
