About the Role:
Sellick Partnership is looking for a Civil and Housing Litigation Lawyer to join a friendly and well-established local authority on a locum basis. Remote working is available.
Key Responsibilities include dealing with civil litigation matters such as:
- Injunctions
- Anti-social Behaviour
- Possession
- Debt recovery
- Closure orders
- Judicial review
This role would be best suited to a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with previous experience working in local government in Litigation.
Some court attendance would be preferable, however fully remote working is available for the right candidate.
The client is open to both part-time and full-time applicants.
