Sellick Partnership are proud to be recruiting for an Education Lawyer to join a reputable organisation in the North West on a locum basis while they undertake permanent recruitment.

Responsibilities of the Education Lawyer include:

  • To be responsible for the conduct of claims and litigation
  • To undertake the representation, including advocacy when appropriate in the tribunals and courts, internal hearings and other procedures when required
  • To provide advice and support to colleagues on legal issues affecting teachers in the region
  • To contribute to the training of staff

The successful Education Lawyer will ideally be able to undertake this role on a full-time basis, however candidates seeking a part-time working pattern will be considered. Ideally some attendance in Bolton.
