Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a friendly Local Authority in London who are looking for a Locum Planning Lawyer to join their team on a 3-month rolling contract!

Role Details:

• Start: within the next 4 weeks
• Day-to-day: caseload of planning matters to include s106's, planning advice and appeals. Able to cover committee on occasion
• Hours: ideally full-time but would consider anything from 25 hours per week
• Duration: 3-month initial contract, with the likelihood of being a long-term assignment
• Attendance: once per week in office

Planning law and Local Authority experience are ESSENTIAL for this vacancy.
