Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a district council in the South West of England whose expanding legal team are seeking to hire an interim planning and highways lawyer on a 3 month rolling contract, whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.

Candidates will be required to start on full-time hours with compressed arrangement available - no office presence is required beyond the first day for IT collection.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have previous experience working within a local authority setting,

- Have extensive experience with complex s106s, appeals, and enforcement,

- Be experienced with s38s and public rights of way matters.
