Locum Contracts and Procurement Lawyer

A position has arisen for an experienced Locum Contracts and Procurement Lawyer to join a local authority based in the South West on an interim basis. This is a full time position for an initial duration of 6 months, to start within the next 4-6 weeks.
This position will involve providing advice and assistance on all legal aspects of procurement, tenders and contracts including interpretation, drafting, contract management, disputes, and termination. You will be providing expert legal advice and support on a variety of commercial contracts and procurement matters and negotiating funding agreements.
An hourly rate of £60-£65 via umbrella is available for this role, along with fully remote working for the duration of the placement.
