General Litigation & Housing Locum

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting an experienced litigator on behalf of one of our very good local authority clients.

This is an opportunity to join a well-regarded team known for its friendly, inclusive approach, creating a positive working environment for all who work within it.

The successful applicant will provide additional support to an already established team. The role will be to manage a varied caseload of housing and general litigation matters, including:

• Gas injunctions
• ASB
• Possessions
• Disrepair
• Commercial litigation
• Property litigation
• General queries for the client department
• Providing training to clients when required

We are seeking a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Cilex-qualified lawyer with the necessary litigation right.

This is a fully remote working role
