Position: Locum Debt Recovery Paralegal
Organisation: Midlands based Local Authority
Duration: 3 months with the possibility of extension thereafter
Working Pattern: Full or Part Time hours can be considered
Working Arrangement: Hybrid/remote working
Hourly Rate: Up to £25 per hour Umbrella
The ideal candidate will have at experience in handling Debt Recovery matters within Local Authority

Duties may include:

• Continuous development of technical skills and knowledge to support debt recovery efforts
• Building and nurturing client relationships to ensure effective communication and service delivery
• Performing accurate and reliable fee-earning work in accordance risk and quality management procedures
• Utilizing various strategies to recover outstanding debts, including drafting letters and considering legal actions if necessary
• Ensuring exceptional service and compliance with client service standards
