Legal Secretary

London Authority

Locum 6 month+ Contract

On-site

Sellick Partnership are working alongside a reputable local authority in London to recruit a Legal Secretary to join their property division on a locum basis.

The successful candidate will have a strong administrative background, experience supporting senior stakeholders, excellent IT skills, high attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full legal administrative and business support within the Property team
  • Diary management for the Assistant City Solicitor
  • Document production, formatting, engrossments and proofreading
  • Managing post, document signing processes and original counterparts
  • Supporting land registry searches, legal documentation and case management
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external legal contacts

The Legal Secretary must be able to attend the office 5 days per week in central London and will be required to work a minimum of 35 hours per week.

Our client is seeking to fill the Legal Secretary role as soon as possible, so applicants will ideally be able to start immediately or within a few weeks' notice.
