Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a district council in the South East of England whose expanding legal team are seeking to hire an interim senior planning lawyer on a 6 month rolling contract, whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.

Candidates will be required to start on full-time hours with compressed arrangement available - onsite attendance is required to cover two planning committees each month.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have previous experience working within a local authority setting,

- Have extensive experience with complex s106s, appeals, and enforcement,

- Be experienced providing legal advice at planning committees.
