Locum Commercial Property Solicitor – Local Authority | Fully Remote | £60+ per hour

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority in the North West who are looking to appoint a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor on an urgent basis.

This is a fully remote opportunity with an ASAP start and an initial 6-month contract, expected to roll on beyond the initial term.

The role will involve a varied commercial property caseload including a broad mix of matters, offering an opportunity to support across a range of projects and transactions.
