Venn Group are recruiting for a Locum Principal Lawyer to join the Transport team of a combined authority whilst they recruit permanently.
 
The role will involve contract, procurement, policy and property work across major transport projects including bus franchising and mass transit.
 
Local government experience at a senior level is essential and it would be advantageous to have previous experience handling transport matters.
 
Start: June 2026
Duration: 3-month rolling basis
Working Arrangement: 30 hours per week, remote
Rate: £70 per hour, umbrella
