A North West Local Authority is seeking an experienced Commercial Property & Regeneration Lawyer to join their legal team on a locum basis. 

The Role:
You will support the authority on a broad range of commercial property and regeneration matters, playing a key role in high-value projects and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling complex commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases
• Advising on regeneration and development projects
• Drafting and negotiating legal agreements
• Supporting senior stakeholders and project teams across the council
• Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive
• Strong background in commercial property law within a local authority setting
• Experience with regeneration and development work
