Locum Planning & Highways Lawyer
London Borough Council | Fully Remote | £60 per hour | Part-Time (15 hours per week)

A London Borough Council is seeking an experienced Planning & Highways Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis. This is a fully remote opportunity offering excellent flexibility at 15 hours per week.

The Role:
You will handle a varied caseload of planning and highways matters, supporting the council with key legal work and providing expert advice to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on planning, highways, and associated local government matters
• Managing a caseload with minimal supervision
• Supporting ongoing projects and contributing to service delivery
• Liaising with officers and stakeholders across the council

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive
• Strong experience in planning and highways law within a local authority setting
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Availability to start ASAP
