Venn Group are excited to be working with a North West Local Authority in search for a Contracts and Procurement Locum.
 
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in local government and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts, commissioning and procurement matters. This includes advising the Children and Adult Social Care departments and advising on Growth/Regeneration projects.
 
The role will involve advising, drafting and negotiating contract terms and conditions to protect the council’s interests, and advising on risks to the council.
 
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3 months initially with scope to extend
Hours: Full-time, will consider part-time
Travel: Ideally one day per week on-site, will consider fully remote
Rate: £55-60 per hour, umbrella
