Locum Planning Lawyer
London Local Authority | Remote | 3–6 Month Rolling Contract
We are working with a London Borough seeking an experienced Locum Planning Lawyer to join their team on a predominantly remote basis.
The Role
- Manage a caseload including:
- Planning applications
- Section 106 agreements
- Enforcement matters
- Appeals and general advisory work
- Support planning committees (attendance once per month)
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX
- Strong local authority planning law experience
- Able to manage caseload independently

- Remote working (monthly committee attendance)
- 3–6 month rolling contract
