Locum Planning Lawyer

London Local Authority | Remote | 3–6 Month Rolling Contract

We are working with a London Borough seeking an experienced Locum Planning Lawyer to join their team on a predominantly remote basis.


The Role

  • Manage a caseload including:
    • Planning applications
    • Section 106 agreements
    • Enforcement matters
    • Appeals and general advisory work
  • Support planning committees (attendance once per month)

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX
  • Strong local authority planning law experience
  • Able to manage caseload independently

Details

  • Remote working (monthly committee attendance)
  • 3–6 month rolling contract
  • Competitive day rate
