London Local Authority | Fully Remote | 6-Month Rolling Contract
We are working with a London Borough seeking two experienced Locum Adult Social Care Lawyers to join their team on a fully remote basis.
The Role
- Manage a caseload including:
- Court of Protection
- DoLS
- Ordinary residence
- Safeguarding / community care
- Provide legal advice to social care teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX
- Strong local authority ASC experience
- Able to manage caseload independently

- Fully remote working
- 6-month rolling contract
- Competitive day rate
- Any ability to attend the office would be advantageous
