Locum Employment Lawyer
Local Authority – North West

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a large Local Authority in the North West who are looking for a Locum Employment Lawyer to join their team!

Role Details:

• Start: within the next 4 weeks
• Day-to-day: dealing with Complex Employment Tribunal Claims from drafting ET3 responses to taking all of the steps to get it ready for the final tribunal hearing and attending Tribunal in person and via CVP. Dealing with all interim applications and doing the advocacy for interim hearings both in person and CVP. Provide legal advice and also deal with Early Conciliations.
• Hours: 35 hours per week​
• Duration: 3-month initial contract, with a strong view to extend (covering mat leave initially)
• Attendance: hybrid for first 2 weeks, then remote apart from any final hearings

Local Authority experience is desirable for this role
You must be a qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive to be considered
