Senior Commercial Contracts and Procurement Solicitor Salary: £300-£400 per day – Negotiable DOE
Contract Length: 3-6-month initial contract
London Borough CouncilFully Remote Key Responsibilities- Manage a substantial and complex caseload of commercial contracts and procurement matters.
- Advise on procurement legislation, Council Procurement Rules, partnerships, and externalisation models.
- Draft, negotiate, and finalise contracts for works, services, supplies, and grant agreements.
- Advise on and manage contractual disputes and claims, including those arising from building contracts.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEX Lawyer in England & Wales.
- Significant post-qualification experience in commercial contracts and procurement law.
- Strong knowledge of public sector procurement legislation and contract law.
- Experience handling high-value, complex commercial matters.
