Hybrid Working Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of complex public and private children law matters.
- Advise on safeguarding, care proceedings, and related legislation.
- Conduct advocacy in contested proceedings where required.
About You
- Be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or FCILEX (with advocacy rights).
- Have extensive experience in children and families law, ideally within a local authority setting.
- Demonstrate strong advocacy skills and confidence in court proceedings.
