A London-based local authority is seeking an experienced Adult Social Care Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis.
This is a great opportunity to join a supportive legal team with a manageable caseload and flexible working arrangements.
The Role:
You will handle a varied caseload of Adult Social Care matters, including but not limited to:
- Care Act advice
- Court of Protection matters
- Judicial review support
- Safeguarding and mental capacity work
