Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer (with management responsibility)
We are seeking an experienced adult social care lawyer to join a busy Local Authority legal team on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a varied and meaningful caseload whilst also managing to a small, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Role Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive with a current practising certificate
- Demonstrable experience in Adult Social Care law ideally within a Local Authority setting
- Strong working knowledge of Court of Protection and related legislation
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Excellent communication, organisation, and case management skills
