Child Protection LawyerRate: £50-£60 per hour – Negotiable DOE
Contract Length: 6-9-month initial contract

Hybrid & Remote Working Available Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of child protection and safeguarding matters.
- Conduct advocacy in the Family Court on behalf of the Council.
- Advise on and handle:
- Care and supervision proceedings
- Pre-proceedings and PLO matters
- Deprivation of Liberty and Secure Accommodation orders
- Adoption and placement orders
About You
- Be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive.
- Have strong experience in Child Protection / Public Children Law.
- Demonstrate experience of advocacy and court representation.
