Adult Social Care LawyerRate: £55-£65 per hour – Negotiable DOE
Contract Length: 6-12-month initial contract

Hybrid Working Key Responsibilities- Provide expert legal advice on Adult Social Care and Mental Health law.
- Manage a caseload including Court of Protection applications and proceedings.
- Advise on Care Act 2014 matters, funding disputes, and ordinary residence.
About You
- Be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive.
- Have experience in Adult Social Care law, ideally within a local authority setting.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Court of Protection and Mental Health law.
