Job Description:

Contracts Solicitor - Oxfordshire (Local Authority role)

4-6 month contract initially

Hourly rate negotiable

 

37 hours per week

  • Ideally, office attendance one day a week or at least occasionally where the work demands.
  • Must have current Practising Certificate

We are looking for an experienced local government/public sector contracts lawyer with a min 3 years PQE.

Candidates must have experience of dealing with contracts and procurements (including advising on contract modifications) under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 & the Procurement Act 2023, funding agreements and subsidy control law, and collaboration/partnership agreements.
