About the Role:
Sellick Partnership is looking for a Locum Planning Legal Officer to join an established local authority team on a remote working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly respected, competent team.
Key Responsibilities of a Planning Legal Officer include:
- Drafting section 106 agreement and enforcement notices
- Providing advice on planning matters
Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Planning Legal Officer:
- Experience dealing with planning matters
- Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
The client is looking for junior, newly qualified, or qualified lawyer to join them on an interim basis.
