We are currently working with a Local Authority in the North West who are seeking an experienced Locum Adult Social Care (ASC) Solicitor to join their legal team on a fully remote basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced local government lawyer looking for a long-term, stable locum assignment with flexible working and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of Adult Social Care matters

• Advising on Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), and Court of Protection matters

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive

• Proven experience handling Adult Social Care matters within a Local Authority

Contract Details:

• 9-month initial contract

• Fully remote working

• ASAP start

• £65ph
