Locum Paralegal / Legal Officer
Rate: £35 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Greater Manchester
Contract: Temporary / Locum

We are seeking an experienced Legal Officer / Paralegal to assist with pre-litigation work and civil litigation, with a particular focus on debt recovery, including adult care debt recovery.

The ideal candidate will also have the ability to support with prosecution work, although this is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling pre-litigation matters and civil litigation cases
• Managing debt recovery processes
• Advising on adult care debt recovery
• Supporting prosecution work where required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in civil litigation and debt recovery
• Strong organisational and case management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Rate: £35 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
