Housing & Civil Litigation Lawyer

Part-time or full-time

Remote or Hybrid Working

Our client, a Local Authority based in the Southeast is seeking a locum Housing & Civil Litigation Lawyer to join their legal services team for a minimum period of 3 months, pending permanent recruitment.

The successful Housing & Civil Litigation Lawyer will be able to undertake this position ideally on a hybrid basis, with attendance at the office weekly or fortnightly

Responsibilities of the Housing & Civil Litigation Lawyer:

The successful Housing Lawyer will be responsible for a mixed caseload of housing & civil litigation matters, which may include possessions, disrepair, ASB and Judicial Reviews.

Experience required for the Housing & Civil Litigation Lawyer:

  • Experience in dealing with a range of housing law matters
  • Prior experience within Local Government would be desirable.
