Locum Civil Litigation Lawyer
Hours: ideally full-time, but a minimum of 3 days per week
Contract: 6 month initial contract, with a view to extend
Start Date: within the next 4 weeks
Attendance: once per fortnight to office + Court hearings

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority in Yorkshire who are looking for a Locum Litigation Lawyer to join their friendly and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, including debt recovery, injunctions, ASB, ad-hoc housing matters, etc.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in civil litigation law within a Local Authority or public sector setting
• Qualified Solicitor (or have practicing rights)
