Locum Planning Solicitor to join
a Local Authority on a fully remote basis.
The Role:- Position: Locum Planning Solicitor
- Duration: Initial 3 months with the possibility of extension
- Rate: Up to £60 per hour Umbrella
- Working Pattern: Full Time or Part Time
- Start: As soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating Section 106 agreements
- Providing clear, practical Planning advice to internal stakeholders
- Supporting the wider Planning team on legal matters
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive with recent Planning Law experience
- Previous local authority Planning experience highly desirable
- Strong understanding of Planning legislation, particularly Section 106 agreements
