Property Solicitor

Rugby, Warwickshire (Local Authority role)

Initial 3-6 month contract

Hourly rate: Negotiable, umbrella

 

Part Time (21 hours per week over 3 days. Office attendance on Mondays, Friday is a non-working day.)

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Practising Certificate
  • Sound experience of Right to Buy properties & buy backs; consent orders; sale and purchase of properties; Assets of Community Value applications, lease extensions and renewals.
  • Excellent client rapport
  • Experience of using IKEN or other Case Management Systems
